These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk75 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using pk75, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction, to register and use pk75. One account per person is permitted. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you", "your") and pk75 (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk75 online gambling platform available at pk75.cam, including all associated services, features, content, applications and tools made available through the platform.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any wager on pk75, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full . Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of this Agreement and any amendments made to it from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use the pk75 platform in any capacity. Accessing the platform in any manner following publication of these terms signifies your binding acceptance.

To register and maintain an Account on pk75, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Age Restriction: pk75 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. We employ age verification procedures as part of our KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the pk75 Platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process and to keep that information current throughout the life of your Account.
pk75 requires all users to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests can be processed and, in certain cases, before deposit limits can be raised or specific features unlocked. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:
pk75 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk75 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify pk75 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your Account.
The pk75 Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in the betting and gaming products offered, subject to the terms set out in this Agreement.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing the Platform. pk75 is not responsible for any loss of service, interrupted gameplay or failed transactions resulting from connectivity issues, device incompatibility or third-party network outages on your end.
Account balances, deposit amounts, wager stakes and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in the currency selected at registration. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is selected as the account currency, all transactions and balances will be denominated in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal amounts and bonus thresholds expressed in PKR (e.g., PKR 500 minimum deposit, PKR 1,000 minimum withdrawal) are specified separately within the Platform's cashier and promotion pages. pk75 reserves the right to adjust these figures and will communicate any changes via the Platform.
In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or error during a game round or live event, pk75 will apply its interruption policy to resolve the affected wager. Where possible, the outcome of the game round or event will be determined from available data. If no outcome can be established, the wager stake will be refunded to your Account balance.
pk75 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its sole discretion. A wager is only considered accepted once a confirmation reference has been issued by the Platform. Confirmation displayed on your screen does not constitute final acceptance where the Platform subsequently identifies a system error in the odds or market data.
All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. pk75 operates pre-match and in-play markets across a range of sports including Pakistan cricket, ICC tournament fixtures, PSL T20 league matches, international football and UFC events. Odds are compiled by our trading team and third-party data providers. pk75 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or in partnership with any of the sports leagues, teams or governing bodies referenced on the Platform.
pk75 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, corruption or integrity concerns, system malfunctions or where a bet has been placed in contravention of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to your Account balance.
Maximum single-transaction or single-event payout limits apply across all product categories on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant product sections. pk75 reserves the right to split or delay payment of large winnings where necessary for operational reasons, and will communicate any such arrangements to the affected user directly.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on the pk75 Platform are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game or market restrictions and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific conditions are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the specified number of times on eligible products before any withdrawal of those funds, or winnings derived from them, will be permitted. Wagering on certain game categories — such as live casino, table games or specific slot titles — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the wagering requirement. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
pk75 actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin or systematic wagering designed to satisfy requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between users. Where bonus abuse is identified, pk75 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings and close the Account without prior notice.
Requests to withdraw funds before a wagering requirement has been satisfied will result in the forfeiture of any active bonus balance. Only the real-money portion of your balance at the time of withdrawal will be released. Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable conditions have been met.
pk75 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. Payment method availability may vary by region. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual payment method references only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with pk75 in any capacity. Users must independently verify current payment method availability within the Platform's cashier section.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pk75 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method where third-party funding is suspected. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified payment method previously used to deposit on your Account, except where a deposit method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method may be approved. Withdrawal requests are subject to:
pk75 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, and pk75 accepts no responsibility for any such third-party fees. Where currency conversion is applied, the exchange rate used will be specified at the time of the transaction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk75 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of balances:
pk75 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines in its sole discretion that a User has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance held in the Account may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk75 customer support via live chat. Prior to Account closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding KYC or verification steps.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. pk75 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Users will be notified prior to the commencement of dormancy charges.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
pk75's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to a maximum of PKR 25,000 or the equivalent in your account currency, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pk75's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
All content on the pk75 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of pk75 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of pk75. Unauthorized use of Platform content is a violation of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk75 holds its operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution service applicable under the operator's licence.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in your own jurisdiction where applicable consumer protection law permits you to do so.
pk75 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform's notification system, by email to the address associated with your Account, or by prominent notice on the Platform website. The effective date of the revised terms will be displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued access to or use of the pk75 Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
